We offer free delivery within Georgia.
For international orders, the flat shipping rate is $30 USD.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, but usually do not exceed 21 days.

For items marked “Pre-order,” production time may vary. Please reach out otasistore@gmail.com for details about estimated completion and delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
You may return your item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returned pieces must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

As an upcycled brand, we work with pre-loved and vintage materials.
Each piece is unique and may feature slight imperfections that reflect the character and story of the fabric — these are not considered defects.

Payment
We accept payments via PayPal for all international orders.
For customers based in Georgia and Russia, payment can be made via business bank transfer.
